　　石膏粉即脫水石膏面,亦即熟石膏。是用生石膏經(jīng)過一系列的連續(xù)消費設(shè)備而消費出的產(chǎn)鉆。原礦貯存和精選石膏粉是用生石膏鍛燒而成,約1.3噸生石膏可消費1噸石膏粉。生石膏從采場運來須經(jīng)過貯存和精選。經(jīng)過貯存精選可處理二個問題:一可保證連續(xù)消費,不會由于原料一時供給不上而形成停產(chǎn);二在貯存期間可人工分選,以保證產(chǎn)質(zhì)量量,消費出合格產(chǎn)品。 破碎通常要經(jīng)過二級破碎。一級破碎用粗碎破碎機把原礦破碎成為較小的顆粒,普通粒徑控制在8厘米以下,經(jīng)挑選后,較大顆粒重新破碎,較小顆粒經(jīng)皮帶運輸機進入二級破碎用錘式破碎機,把顆粒直徑控制在2厘米以下,然后經(jīng)過斗式提升機進入回轉(zhuǎn)窯,鍛燒。鍛燒緞燒過程是消費石膏粉的主要工序,在回轉(zhuǎn)窯中停止。

　　Gypsum powder is dehydrated gypsum surface, also known as ripe gypsum. It is a production drill consumed by raw gypsum through a series of continuous consumption equipment. The raw ore storage and refined gypsum powder is forged from raw gypsum. About 1.3 tons of raw gypsum can consume 1 ton of gypsum powder. The raw gypsum from the stope must be stored and selected. Two problems can be solved by storage selection: first, continuous consumption can be guaranteed, and production will not be stopped because of the lack of raw materials for a while; second, manual sorting can be carried out during storage to ensure the quality of production and to consume qualified products. Crushing usually goes through secondary crushing. Crusher crusher is used to crush raw ore into smaller particles. The average particle size is controlled below 8 cm. After selection, larger particles are re-crushed. The smaller particles are transported by belt conveyor into hammer crusher for secondary crushing. The particle diameter is controlled below 2 cm. Then, the particles are fed into rotary kiln through bucket elevator and burned. The burning process of satin is the main process of consuming gypsum powder and stops in rotary kiln.

　　石膏粉消費線流程能夠歸結(jié)為：石膏礦石→振動給料機→顎式破碎機→斗式提升機→原料倉→磨粉機→斗式提升機→沸騰爐→斗式提升機→保送機→熟料倉冷卻，貯存→廢品。其中粉磨環(huán)節(jié)尤為關(guān)鍵。
