抹面砂漿的出廠檢驗以及性能測試

目前對濟南抹面砂漿的出廠檢驗包括初凝時間、抗壓強度、密度、稠度和收縮率。抹面砂漿相關(guān)標準、規(guī)范有三個:《蒸壓加氣混凝土用砌筑砂漿與抹面砂漿》、《建筑砂漿基本性能試驗方法》、《水泥膠砂干縮試驗方法》。性能測試為材料的標準稠度、砂漿的保水性、分層度及砂漿的流動性四個方面。
At present, the factory inspection of Jinan plastering mortar includes initial setting time, compressive strength, density, consistency, and shrinkage rate. There are three standards and specifications related to plastering mortar: "Masonry mortar and plastering mortar for autoclaved aerated concrete", "Basic performance test method for building mortar", and "Dry shrinkage test method for cement mortar". Performance testing includes four aspects: standard consistency of materials, water retention of mortar, layering degree, and fluidity of mortar.

性能測試

(1)材料的標準稠度
(1) Standard Consistency of Materials
干拌砂漿按具體的設(shè)計標準用水量加水混合后,按規(guī)定方法攪拌均勻。以此判斷材料的性能,是否達到設(shè)計要求。方法原理是抹灰砂漿的濕砂漿對標準試桿(或試錐)的沉入具有一定阻力,通過試驗濕砂漿的沉入度,確定砂漿的基本性能是否符合出廠要求。

The principle of the method is that the wet mortar used for plastering has a certain resistance to the sinking of the standard test rod (or cone). 砂漿的保水性是用分層度表示的。攪拌均勻的砂漿靜置30min后,上下層砂漿沉入量的差值,稱為分層度。

砂漿的流動性也叫稠度,是指在自重或外力作用下流動的性能。施工時,砂漿鋪設(shè)在粗糙不平的磚石表面上,要能很好地鋪成均勻密實的砂漿層,抹面砂漿要能很好地抹成均勻薄層,采用噴涂施工需要泵送砂漿,都要求砂漿具有一定的流動性。
The fluidity of mortar, also known as consistency, refers to its ability to flow under self weight or external forces. During construction, the mortar should be laid on a rough and uneven surface of bricks and stones, and it should be well laid into a uniform and dense mortar layer. 砂漿的流動性和許多因素有關(guān),膠凝材料的用量、用水量、砂粒粗細、形狀、級配,以及砂漿攪拌時間都會影響砂漿的流動性。干拌砂漿濕砂漿的流動性可在實驗室中,用砂漿稠度儀測定其稠度值(即沉入量)來表示砂漿的流動性。
The fluidity of mortar is related to many factors, such as the amount of cementitious materials, water consumption, sand particle size, shape, grading, and mortar mixing time, which all affect the fluidity of mortar. The flowability of dry mixed mortar and wet mortar can be measured in the laboratory using a mortar consistency meter to indicate the flowability of the mortar.
傳統(tǒng)砂漿流動性的選擇與砌體材料及施工天氣情況有關(guān)。對于多孔吸水的砌體材料和干熱的天氣,則要求砂漿的流動性要大些。相反對于密實不吸水的材料和濕冷的天氣,可要求流動性小些。
